Case introduction
The SZL series steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler is a longitudinal double-drum chain grate water tube boiler, designed by integrating advanced domestic and international technologies with ZOZEN’s own expertise. The 6-35 ton SZL series boilers are composed of two major sections: the lower base, which houses the combustion equipment, and the upper main body, which contains the heat-absorbing surfaces. To ensure precise air distribution, ZOZEN Boiler’s base features multiple independent air chambers that prevent air leakage between them. The air distribution can be adjusted through dampers to meet the requirements of different combustion stages. The furnace is formed by water-cooled walls, front and rear arches, and the grate, while multiple passes of convection tube bundles are arranged at the rear of the main body to fully absorb the heat released during combustion. The customized SZL series 25-ton chain grate steam boiler system from ZOZEN Boiler demonstrates excellent performance and achieves thermal efficiency that is over 5% higher than similar boilers on the market.
At the Balasu Coal Mine, ZOZEN Boiler calculated and analyzed the heating and shaft insulation load needed for both production and living areas, providing a scientific and reasonable boiler system solution. For this project, a multi-tube cyclone dust collector and a swirl plate desulfurization dust collector were equipped, ensuring that the concentrations of dust, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides in the boiler exhaust gas all meet emission standards.
